Cancellation Policy
Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items that are returned in their original packaging.
However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged through normal use or misuse. If you return an item that is not approved by our team, without a valid reason or is outside of the 30-day window, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price.

To start a return, email us at hello@belmaru.com within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
Upon receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect. Once approved, refunds may take up to 40 business days to process in USD. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with currency transactions or exchange rates.
- Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
Yes, all customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking option via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, insured parcel post because Belmaruâ„¢ will not be responsible for lost returns.
- May I return my products without contacting you or getting an RMA?
Before sending your return, contact us to confirm the correct return address and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA helps track your return and ensures a prompt refund. Please note, refunds for items returned without prior contact cannot be guaranteed.
- How can I track my returns?
Track your return/exchange using the information provided by your carrier to ensure it has been delivered to Belmaruâ„¢. Upon receiving your package and processing your refund, we'll send a confirmation email. You can also check your return/exchange status in your online order history.
- Will I be refunded my shipping cost?
No, any shipping charges will not be refunded.
Damaged Items
We package our products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours by emailing hello@belmaru.com with a clear photo of the damage. Eligible items will be replaced at no cost, subject to our determination of eligibility. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
